Self Care Sunday!!!!


Welcome to Self Care Sunday! Why I love self care sunday's so much? Today is about making yourself a priority and giving your mind, body, and spirit the love you deserve!!! Its so important to take one day a week for yourself, to restore energy and get you prepared for the week ahead. The self care day isnt important, I chose Sunday, you can chose whatever day that works out for you. What's more important is that you do it!!! By making more time for yourself you'll feel energized, have more clarity on importance, produce better work, it PREVENTS MENTAL OVERLOAD AND BURN OUT!!


Do you say positive aspirations to yourself? I do, every morning. We look for everyone around us to say I love you, or you're beautiful, but how often do you say that to you? What are self affirmations? Its just sayings that promotes self esteem and confidence. Here are some I use:

  1. I am gentle with myself and my mistatkes.

  2. I follow my own heart, not the expectations of others.

  3. I am loved, by others and myself.

  4. I nourish my body, mind, and soul.

  5. I love myself unconditionally.

  6. The only approval I need is my own.

  7. I allow myself to accept love, prosperity, and abundance.

  8. I am grateful for this body, this mind, this soul.

  9. I trust myself.

  10. I deserve all the good that comes to me.

  11. I treat my body with care and love.

  12. I wake in the morning loving myself.

  13. I forgive others, as this serves inner peace.

  14. My potential is limitless.

  15. I strive to get better, not to be perfect.

Say these affirmations. And love yourself. Fitness and health is not about just the outer appearance, its about taking the time out for yourself and loving yourself. Its about enjoying the process of you and the only way to get devoted to you is making you the most important. Have a wonderful day ladies!!!
